On the basis of the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Dz.U.2018 poz. 1000),Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the administrator personal data is: EURO – MAG Sp. z o.o., ul. Wojska Polskiego 3, 39-300 Mielec.
The processing of personal data takes place for the following purposes:
performing activities in the scope of renting warehouse and office space,
product and service marketing EURO – MAG Sp. z o.o. and will not be shared with other recipients,
implementation of EU projects,
employment in EURO – MAG Sp. z o.o. – rendering services based on civil law contracts,
issuing invoices, bills and conducting financial reporting,
keeping records resulting from legal provisions.
Data processing period
Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period resulting from legal provisions.
Application for EURO – MAG Sp. z o.o. personal data is voluntary and has the right to rectification, deletion, request restriction of processing, as well as the right to transfer data and request a copy.
